We’ve faced worksites with brutal honesty for over 38 years.

Our company began manufacturing products in 1982. At the time, we were developing shores for concrete slab construction with university architecture departments through collaboration between industry and academia. The concept at the time was to create a product that offered “simple construction,” was “lightweight,” and was equipped with “sufficient strength.”
This concept was taken over by the early model of our modular system scaffolding, which was to be developed two years later. After 20 years of trial and error, along with repeated improvements, this product line was unified under the “SEVEN ASHIBA” brand in 2004 as the name for our products and full-service scaffolding rental and installation services.
The SEVEN in SEVEN ASHIBA does not mean the number 7. The term was coined by combining the initials of five words (Sankyo, Enable, Value, Education, and Network) to express the company’s determination to shift from a simple labor-intensive business model to a knowledge-based business model when the brand was renewed, and SEVEN was meant to represent the idea that “the value and education network that Sankyo enables is a knowledge-creation network.” We do not make steel products called scaffolding. We harness the potential of people, nurture people, connect with people, and create safe and secure workspaces.
We know the true voice of the worksite, which we can understand only because we have been watching and listening to worksites for a long time.
